From Awareness to Support: Women’s Mental Health & Menopause at Work

Join fellow mindful employers from Swindon and the local area for an important discussion on women’s mental health and menopause in the workplace.

As part of our Swindon Mindful Employer Network series, in partnership with Swindon & Gloucestershire Mind and Swindon Borough Council, this session will explore the mental health challenges women face at work, including menopause-related experiences.

Through expert insights and personal stories, we will examine how stress, anxiety, confidence, and overall wellbeing can be affected and how employers can play a pivotal role in providing support.
